Crafted in collaboration with the Zumi workshop in Fukui Prefecture, Japan, a region renowned for over 1,500 years of lacquerware craftsmanship, this piece features a textured black exterior contrasted by a rich red interior. The sleek oval form and compartmentalised design reflect the thoughtful presentation style central to Japanese dining culture.

Part of the KAPPO collection, meaning "to cut and cook", this lacquerware piece is designed to elevate both professional and home dining experiences with refined Japanese presentation.

All lacquerware products may be hand washed or washed in a dishwasher. Water temperature should not exceed 70°C, as excessive heat may cause warping. Hand washing in room temperature soapy water is recommended.
